Clinton came to Antwerp a few weeks ago and he definitely was warmly welcomed.

I read a few days ago an article (I wonder where it was, I forgot) about the US having exerted soft power (through persuasion, showing strength and decisiveness) in a very successful way.
Now, however, in Iraq it's hard force with all the uncertainties and all the exposure it implies.
