You are thinking of Afghanistan. Taliban. Al Quaida. Remember? NOT Iraq. As for 'regime change', there are dozens of dictatorships, all of which are equally worthy of regime change. I've seen a list, something like 100 dictatorships in the world. That leaves 'tactical advantage' as the only reason for invading Iraq. Extrapolating from that it would also be a tactical advantage to similarly invade *every* country in the world. That was Hitler's goal. Why Iraq and not, say, Cuba? The main tactical advantage of invading Iraq would be oil. Iraq has the most oil in the world next to Saudi Arabia.
