Our "foreign policy" doesn't allow us to arm the bad guys for political and monetary gain (Sadam Hussein and Osama bin Laden) like they're our best friends, and then turn around and try and take them out when they have they have finished serving their purpose to us.
We don't go around getting people mad at us.
