If we can fire a Relativistic Interstellar Torpedo at 99.999 percent cee then, due to time dilation effects, it will only require a 7.1-day power supply to reach Alpha Centauri !!! This is another fortuitous result of special relativity IMO. A Torpedo accelerated at 100,000 g's, within reach and survivable by today's equipment, will reach 99.999 percent lightspeed in just 19 hours, and arrive in Alpha Centauri less than a week later. Storage of minute quantities of antimatter could be an ideal power supply for wormhole shielding on such a short-duration relativistic flight.
