No I don't have kids. And no, all I saw was the cover. The .pdf was 2 blank pages.

It's looks to me like they're trying to shame the parents. Kids don't go to the Nutcracker alone. I'm sure the majority of parents in attendance would have the same reaction that you claim you would have.

That's what there shooting for.
