From what I'm hearing a lot of credit to UK for diligent talks. President Bush's we really mean business attitude is sending a stern message to world leaders. Gaddafi might have seen a little Reagan in Bush. ;)
Hopefully Bashar (Syria) will see the light too.

The world has just become a better place again.
