Beagle 2 is not a valid data point

I agree with Ed's sentiments but Beagle 2 is not a valid data point. Beagle 2 had a flashing neon sign over it saying "Too Little Money -- Destined to Fail". However we should not write it off yet. They might still fish it out of the toilet. Give them another day before we go into abuse mode.
