Zubrin is combative because of what he sees as three decades of wasted opportunity in the manned space program. You can hear his frustration in easily in his recent Congressional testmony. Are you happy with what NASA has accomplished with several Appolo program's worth of spending in the last 30 years? What do you think is needed to change things if you are not?
