First of all, whenever a liberal defines "compassion," he usually means giving away someone else's money. Once you've established that, all the rest sounds a little hollow.
And of course, there are NO Democratic millionaires that have somehow "lost touch" with Middle America.
Yeah, right.
Been listening to Dean lately commenting on the Common Man? And what about Kerry, Edwards and Graham? How about good old Ted Kennedy? Barbra Streisand? Michael Moore? John J. Rockefeller? Nancy Pelosi? John Dingell? And how about the millionaires running and funding the left-wing PACs like Moveon.org?
About half the U.S. Senators are millionaires, and most of the top positions on that list are held by Democrats.
In fact, if you stop and run down the list of well-known leftists in your mind, its odd how few of them are blue-collar types, and how many are rich as hell.
This "party of the rich" and "party of the working man" crap might have sold back in the 1930s, but I think people are a little smarter than that now. Most voters are beginning to learn that a government strong enough to give you everything you want is also strong enough to take everything away.

Wow. Back to "party of the rich," now? Think that'll work?
