Dick Cheney learns a lesson.
And you know what? It looks good on him.
Maybe if he finds he can't get away bilking millions from hapless countries after pre-emptive strikes to steal their resources....well, hey....maybe he won't be so eager the next time.
(Remember it was Cheney who was footing around the CIA offices putting pressure on them to beef up their info on Iraq's "WMD's"...)
