These secret collateral trading programs also have covert funding purposes. And don't tell me that Bush and Cheney won't use their trump card ("national security") to cover their tracks at every turn. You STILL think that ENRON and Ken Lay and Cheney's secret energy meetings last year needed to be kept out of the public eye. What a true patriot you are, blinded by the smokescreen these individuals put up while they rob us and everyone else blind.
