Because I wasn't talking about ephedra. However, I do agree with you that it should be banned. I was talking about other issues from years back where the FDA was sending in their storm troops for politically motivated witch hunts. They were barging into doctor's offices fully armed and removing supplEments and records randomly. Just another abuse of the federal government that passes without much legal retribution. Depends on who's sleeping with who in the pharmaceutical business these days and who's not getting their cut and who the competition is........
