It seems to me that the prize would have to be at least in the BILLIONs before you would get any really serious takers. It has to be worth the cost of doing it. No body is going to spend a billion to win 10 million, or 100 million. Unless someone comes up with a big breakthrough to reduce cost and increase the safety the only way is through big government spending.
