Maybe cowpersons these days. Anyway, here's a Glen Reynolds essay that makes several good points in my opinion. Love to see the pvt sector involved vs same old NASA. And love to see a return to the 60s style X craft approach - build some, fly some, iterate vs the big huge one step megaprogram, likely to fail with inherent flaws discovered too late.
