Most of the policies of the Left depend on people not having a clear understanding of concepts, and the idea of "rich" is only one of these.

I wouldn't hold my breath on an answer either. Greg went on for some time about "no economists" supporting Bush's tax cuts, too, and when I finally responded, that was pretty much the end of that thread. I may bump it up sometime just for fun.
