We'll do what James Hansen wants. $15/ton of worldwide carbon tax, rising ten dollars a ton per year until industrial civilization is brought to its knees where it belongs.

I'm sure we still have enough nuclear weapons to force China and India to comply.

Or maybe Bowser has some ideas.
