No, Khomeni in fact did not enslave and murder a whole nation like saddam. His theocratic tyranny was not as randomly murderous, nor did he seek to invade Iraq or Kuwait. While the Iranian support of terror was as bad or worse than saddam's, that is not the direct scope of this discussion.
