Still doesnâ€™t answer why Saddam was hiding stuff from the UN and lying about it.

We can conclude that he did have something to hide, as his Scientists have admitted. Something that he didnâ€™t want the UN Inspectors to find, so how can you say the Inspections were successful? As long as Saddam lied and hide stuff from the Inspectors, it could never be successful.
