Companies make money by selling products to people that can buy them. Yes they take profits from those sales and invest them. They don't usually have to wait for a tax cut to make investments. People in the lower income brackets spend most of their disposable income.
Upper income people do not have to and seldom do. More profits from lower taxes means they can invest more. Have they? Yeap in hardware to avoid hiring back workers. The upper income brackets are benefitting with higher profits while the common worker is treading water or worse off being out of work. The trickle down effect is false in the sense that workers eventually see as much benefit as those at the top (like the same relative rise in income). It is a help the rich get richer scheme concentrate their power scheme. The trickle up effect is a basic part of capitalism.
Face it Tom, The Republicans appeal to the haves and the Democrats to the have nots while the hard working middle class gets shafted.

Mark
