There are enough people here lately who can't seem to follow a train of thought past the goddam coal car. You're supposed to be one of the smart ones.
Sarcasm or not, I believe I've made my point. Most of these tax breaks are NOT directed only at the rich, or even affect the rich in particular. What the hell do I have to do, reprint the entire law as passed and fisk it line by line to try and get across the idea that a child tax credit is not directed at only rich children?
