If he saw war crimes and took no action to stop them, then under the Geneva Convention, he was a war criminal himself. The Uniform Code of Military Justice, the laws of war, and the precedent set by the Nuremberg Trials hold an individual soldier (and especially officers) legally and morally responsible to prevent war crimes.

If he didn't personally see these murders and crimes, then he was talking out of his ass, slandering countless vets who served honorably in Vietnam.

So, which is it, was Kerry a war criminal or a liar?
