200,000 Vietnamese a year is a conservative estimate.

If someone invades your house and kills you, it's murder even if you pick up a gun in self-defense.

When the U.S. invaded Vietnam, the people the U.S. killed were murdered even though some Vietnamese acted in self-defense.

As Abe Lincoln said, "How many legs does a dog have if you call the tail a leg? Four. Calling a tail a leg doesn't make it a leg."

And calling murder "war" doesn't make it not murder. Do you think the victims of 9-11 weren't murdered because Bin Laden and Al Qaeda call it war?

If he saw war crimes and took no action to stop them, then under the Geneva Convention, he was a war criminal himself. The Uniform Code of Military Justice, the laws of war, and the precedent set by the Nuremberg Trials hold an individual soldier (and especially officers) legally and morally responsible to prevent war crimes.

When the U.S. government sanctions murder, and its military doesn't uphold the UCMJ and the laws of war, who should Kerry have reported those crimes to? Should he have formed his own Nuremburg tribunals? LOL.

If he didn't personally see these murders and crimes, then he was talking out of his ass, . . .

The fact that U.S. personnel invaded Vietnam and murdered over a million people is common knowledge, although apologists for the U.S. don't like to call it "murder."

. . .slandering countless vets who served honorably in Vietnam.

Serving honorably isn't the same thing as acting morally. The Germans at Auschwitz served the Reich "honorably."

So, which is it, was Kerry a war criminal or a liar?

War criminal, as are all Americans who supported the war, from the people who did the murdering to the people whose taxes paid for it.
