You might want to look at that more closely
I don't think it means what you think it means. A more detailed treatment is shown in the link you posted.
If I understand this right, and I'm not at all sure I do, this means the number of jobs shown in the estimate has actually been reduced by 437,000.
The stumper to me is that neither the "As originally published" or "updated" numbers in the table match the December numbers in Table A of the summary. And look at the rate numbers in the document table...5.4 percent??
Anybody else want to weigh in on this?
