The real issue is a vast network of mosques and Muslim schools with a blatant program of radical education, anti-Western thought, anti-Semitism, and a militant interpretation of Islam. And not just in places like Saudi Arabia, although that's bad enough, but places like America, Europe, and Britain.
It will be interesting to see where the newly minted Muslim spent his formative time.
Freedom of assembly and freedom of speech protect these organizations. But where is the line drawn? If I start a school that teaches kids how to make bombs and tell them to Destroy the Capitalists, am I on the other side of that line? If I teach that Jews are evil, does that cross the line?
And even if no legal action is possible, one can at least expose them.
