re: converts of all flavors?
Radical Islam, in this day and age, is the major problem.
However much the subject is carefully avoided, when was the last time somebody blew up a bus in the name of Jesus? How many major Christian churches can you go into where the leaders advocate conversion of the infidel by force of arms?
There are constant attempts to paint Timothy McVeigh as an example of a "Christian terrorist," but in point of fact his motivations had nothing to do with religion, but with looney secular anti-government militarism.
Christianity has a dark history from centuries ago. Somehow the religion outgrew it. One hopes Islam can accomplish the same thing, but I don't know how.
