Drudge's trademark is running with a story that the rest of the major media- isn't ready to run. So I would say Drudge got it from someone leaking it from news media (e.g ABC news or whomever). So, it's not really a story, unless you are trying seal leaks in the major media- and that's like trying to bail out the water of a shipwreck at the bottom of the ocean:)
