I'm no Kerry fan but I do agree that the story here IS who leaked this to Drudge and why. Problem is, almost any 'ideas' are untestable by the proponent...Rove, H Clinton, Kerry's next door neighbors POed by the fire hydrant debacle, whomever. It certainly was not the opportune time for Repub dirty tricks guy like Rove to leak it. Andrew Sullivan thinks he might got Mobyed on this.
