There are several emerging RENEWABLE energy sources on the horizon.

1. Wind. Demark already gets 20% of its electricity from wind. Other nations are following Denmark's lead.

2. Biomass conversion. A new process is already underway in a pilot plant. This process can turn essentially ANYTHING that contains plant or animal matter into oil, including such obnoxious materials as manure and animal rendering wastes.

3. My personal favorite, harnessing the ocean's thermal gradient. By using the natural temperature difference bewteen the warm top and cold bottom waters of the topical oceans, this process will make electricity and fresh water very cheaply. A pilot plant is being designed for construction in Guam. This is a technology that I am personally involved in. I have seen it work. Click here for more information: Sea Solar Power
