A couple of things he should know
-More oil is in untapped tar sands than exists in all known standard reserves. He is not accounting for that.
-Nuclear energy would be a very good way to redistribute the need for oil from fuel to feedstock.
-Natural Gas is very abundant.
Dismissing ANWR as not worth talking about...a multibillion barrel field, seems like a conclusion of someone looking at such a big picture they miss all the trees.
Not a liberal, but I hope it is OK for everyone to care about our energy future.
