I'm sure you know the difference between:
helping stabilize a country in your own backyard and,
looting a stable country halfway around the world using
a web of lies as a pretext.
But where are the howls for freeing the poor Haitians from an oppressive govenment? Where the tears, the anguish, the humanitarianism, the "compassionate conservatism"?
I guess those have to be lubricated with oil. Lots of oil. Billions of barrels of oil. And then they flow through the cockles of a conservatives heart like depleted uranium though a chain gun.
I'm with you, though. Let the French do it. Maybe the Russians. They might take care of the people, anyway.
