Cuba isn't as bad as has been painted, except maybe for Guantanamo.

Now, remember what the Commander of the 1st US Marines said in Iraq.

"If you go along with us, the US Marines are going to be your best friends. If you resist, we will be your worst enemy." That commander was living in one of Saddam's palaces at the time.

I suspect Saddam said the same thing.

And the Castro government clearly doesn't brook much nonsense, either.

They probably haul 'em away, don't give them a lawyer, that sort of thing. Barbaric, I'm sure you'll agree.
