Anybody know why they didn't put some kind of telescopic lens attachments on the panoramic camera?

You know, kind of like "hey, check it out. There's the backshell. How about flipping the binocular lens over the camera and let's take a good look." They're constantly moving filters around. Would lenses be that hard?

  - You might also consider that they are on a rover and if an object looks interesting enough they could just drive over and look at it close-up. (n/t) - Delbert - 3/6/2004 9:06:39 PM
