It always struck me as being a bit lame that the B-1 and B-2 have no self defense capability. I knew that the early version of the B-52 had a tail gunner but didn't know if the capability still existed. The pictures that Larry posted showed a very long tail on B-52H. That long tail is obviously for the gattling gun and rear looking radar system. Getting close enough to shoot down a B-52H must be a tricky business.
