Obviously this woman hasn't got a brain. Do we jail her for stupidity? Is she guilty of MURDER? I don't know about that, but she's guilty of gross negligence. Obviously she's not married and had no pediatrician. That would account for her spotty medical care. Yes, even ignorant people are allowed to breed (just ask SDAI-Tech or Lee).
Hey Rob, why don't you volunteer to adopt that last living twin? Seems like a good idea now that the baby has become a "ward of the state".....
