Hiding, lying about the cost, doesn't bother you?

And please don't say Clinton lied, Kerry lied, etc.

As a citizen, and a conservative, does it bother you that the Bush Administration lied about this bill in order to get it passed?

If not, why not?

If so, is that symptomatic of a more basic problem?
