Hard ball tactics
Fence them in and decapitate their leadership. It mIght work. The Palestinains will still shoot Katyushas over the fence and their suicide bombers will continue to sneak in. However it will be more sporadic and less organized. Negotiating for peace was tried and obviously not effective. Politically correct world opinion is already against Israel. Israel has nothing to lose. They might as well go hard ball.
