Yeah they feel safe amoungst innocent civilians because they know Israel is not trying to murder every single living palestinian and push them all into the sea. Would Hamas feel similarly constrained if Sharon and Co. were at a mass rally of Israelis? Or would they see it as an opportunity to murder as many innocent people as possible along with a high value target?
