Clinton was a liar. He lied his ass off about his sexual affairs, and smeared, slandered and libeled anyone who claimed he had done something inappropriate.
He was properly villified for those lies, and in my opinion, did not have the necessary "character" to be President.
And you were after him like a starving dog after a pound of hamburger. And he had it coming, to a degree.
Now, Bush is ALSO a liar, in spades and, to some of us, about things far more important than his sex life.
How is it possible to respect the intellect which can condemn Clinton, who had it coming, and NOT CONDEMN Bush, who also has it coming?
Reference WMD, Medicare, Nigerian uranium, Iraqi centrifuges, focus on al-Qeada, Saddam and al-Qaeda, not having decided upon war early in his administration, tax cuts for the wealthy being 1: a return of the surplus to the wealthy, and/or 2: a stimulus to the economy, and so on.
Tell me how to respect the thinking of someone who can criticize Clinton and excuse Bush for the same behaviors.
And, for God's sake, don't embarrass yourself and insult me by saying Bush hasn't lied.
