The incident referred to by Bowser, where Mohammed al-Dura was shot, is similar in nature.
This picture made worldwide news. As with the picture you posted, it doesn't stand up to close analysis. The IDF positions relative to this picture are to the right, about 30 degrees out from the plane of the wall, beyond the concrete pipe.
You tell me where those perfectly round bullet holes came from, or how Mohammed and his father were shot behind that pipe. No postmortem was ever done.
There is more on this here, from an author who has apparently decided that the actual truth of whether or not Mohammed was actually killed by Palestinians for propaganda* is irrelevant compared to "artistic" truth. In some ways, he's right. Joseph Campbell would have understood.
