You back the schoolbus nail bombers.
I don't think any of us here, even in the most fleeting moment of red-tipped rage, have ever backed the people who would commit such a crime.
It's possible, isn't it, to condemn suicide bombing without condemning Palestinians as a people, just as it's possible to condemn some Israeli policies and actions without rejecting Israel's right to exist? All simultaneously.
I don't pretend to understand the mindset of someone who wants to kill. But I also don't understand the mindset of someone who would do something like start building a village right smack in the middle of a contested chunk of land. It's inflamatory. And in that powderkeg, anything inflamatory is pretty irresponsible and foolish.

- Something to keep in mind next time the Palestinians are "outraged" over a child shot by the Israelis
- American soldiers in Iraq are now finding out what Israeli soldiers have had to deal with for over 50 years.
- also, an example from the 'propaganda wars' ..
- Any difference between that and an unarmed, terrified kid hiding behind his Dad?
