I'm using the CD burning application which came with the CD/RW - DVD player, called InCD. Although the CD says 700 MB and the program takes 699 MB, after formating the CD says it only has 539 MB on it. I wonder if the "packets" they use are pretty large.
Anyway, I'm downloading the thing, may have to put it on two CDs, figure out how to format a CDRW to get 700, or find one of the CD Ws I have here, the one-time write affairs and see what happens.
Since I have a 256 DSL connection, I'll just let this thing run all night. Or maybe longer. It indicates a 9.00 kb speed at download.
Oh, well. I'm hoping the download manager will allow for picking up the thing where it's interrupted.
And maybe I'll stop the download until I can get a disk in there which will hold the entire thing. That's probably what I'l do.
Stymied for now. Thanks for the help, and I'll stay with it until I get the program downloaded.
