"To put it more bluntly, Clarke, his book, and his testimony, and the hearings themselves, were deliberately and with superb timing used as a battering ram by the Democratic Party to attack Bush,"
No, again, if you look into it- the timing was largely controlled by the review process that all books by former high-level admin sources have to go through. Clarkes took two months longer than average. One could easily say that the admin knoew that this would make a splash, and timed the clearance review process it so the book would only be cleared for printing just before Clarke was to give his testimony- so that Partisans in the committe and others giving testimony could run interferance for the president.
Again, stop recycling the attack "hot sheets" from the right wing. Think for yourself, your a smart fellow. Get an independant brain and go look into it.
