Did Kerry say he tossed his own medals? Not that I've read.

Did he lie in his congressional testimony? No, although some have taken issue with his assertion that we were murdering 200,000 people a year in Vietnam. The term "murder" is probably only applicable if the war is considered illegal, as Kerry seemed to think when he testified.

I'd like to see your "proof" that Kerry "lied like a rug" and it's "been proven beyond any doubt." I've read his congressional testimony and I didn't see any lies there.
