Democracy
Democracy means respect of minorities, acceptance of rules (as all political families have their chance), and how can that come to Iraq?
Same way as it came everywhere else: one hell of a lot of hard work and no small amount of blood. Even in the United States and Europe.
I don't believe that Iraq is incapable of democracy just because of their culture. Almost all democracies arose from cultures that did not have such traditions.
