The President had an obligation to know there were WMD AND they would be used against the US imminently. He didn't. Rumsfeld said they KNEW where they were. They DIDN'T.

Clearly GWB didn't care about WMD and attacks on the US. He cared about avenging Dad, and getting oil. Nothing else makes sense of the way he acted.

Saddam had WMD in '90 and '91 and didn't use them, a lot of countries have WMD and aren't using them, and when Saddam did use them he had the blessing of Republicans such as Ronald Reagan, George Bush the First, Donald Rumsfeld, Dick Cheney and Colin Powell.

Who even supplied him with some, and supplied the helicopters to gas the Iranians.

So your reasoning is absolute nonsense, as I'm sure you can see if you reflect upon the facts, and not the discredited statements of discredited people.
