The first one. It looks like it's going somewhere interesting. One small science note: If a species can properly digest meat or vegetation, it's an omnivore. Anything else is cultural or preference.
The second one is a common enough premise that it's often listed as an SF cliche ("God is an alien"). Still, the idea of an apprentice "god" watching over planets - and making a few mistakes - might have potential.
Not sure where the third story is going.
