while trying to figure out what the 4 SVCHOST.exe programs were doing.
Lo and behold, a handy dandy website found by googling the app name.

They've been pushing their own program to get rid of extraneous apps - slightly annoying as I'm sure there are probably plenty of otherways to safely disable (but I'm too lazy to figure it out - yet)
