Unlike some folks to whom this has been pointed out over and over. Check out the price of oil company stocks when the price of crude oil RISES! It happens almost every time. There is no way Bush and His oilman energy/profit policy cronies are interested in cheap oil.
Bush hasn't even blinked at record high crude prices.
