Right to be heard
As someone once said, the First Amendment's defense of your right to speak does not mean someone has to rent you an auditorium.
If Michael Moore is hitting a dead end, he can take his picture elsewhere. Or distribute it himself. It's not like he's destitute. If it's as factually accurate as his other movies, a UFO conference might be a good venue.
