Okay, I know I'm going to regret this, but...
Here goes.
You know, it just occurred to me that, althought these hooded prisoners were certainly humiliated in front of the guards and fellow prisoners, the photos aren't going to humiliate them any further unless all their friends and neighbors know what their butts look like.
